Returns Policy

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip, and indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return. Personal check payment may take 5 to 7-day's before your order is shipped. Money order or cashier's check payment will ensure immediate delivery of your item. Be sure to include a copy of your order with your payment.

We ship anywhere in the United States. If you live outside the United States we will be happy to send you a shipping quote, please email CS@Swells.com. Free Shipping via USPS First Class Mail applies to all orders over $25.00. Orders are shipped same day if ordered before 12:00 pst, and next day for orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped next day. Orders placed after 12:00 Friday and over weekends will be shipped the Monday.
